Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion

Monoportal access – Bilateral support

The transforaminal cage with anatomically molded design

The anterior position of the MOBIS implant offers solid, bilateral support to the anterior column. At the same time, sufficient bone graft material can be packed into the cavity of the cage at the front, as well as the posterior disc space, generating a fusion pathway.
The MOBIS cage is used in combination with posterior stabilization for spinal segments L2 to S1, in the following indications:

  • Mechanical instability
  • Disc prolapse
  • Spondylolisthesis (grade I and II)
  • Degenerative disc diseases
  • Spinal stenosis
  • Prolapse
